Meet Lynn Tellefsen-Stehle
For over 25 years, Lynn has excelled in legal industry and law firm business development, marketing, operations, and legal tech. As CMO and in other senior capacities, she helped lead three AmLaw 100 firms to profitable growth through effective deployment of strategic initiatives and technology. After 15 years in the IP sector, she co-founded a patent data company and after 17 years as an in-house law firm leader, a marketing consulting business.
Currently, Lynn is the Head of Client Collaboration at Nexl, where she leverages her experience to help clients deploy and grow operations via Nexl, the all-in-one collaboration cloud. Using training, consulting services, and revenue acceleration programs, Lynn enables lawyers and their teams to leverage technology and data to help them drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Lynn has a passion for helping firms grow through technology-enhanced productivity, internal collaboration, and revenue-focused operations. Her key strength is effectively engaging lawyers, and helping them expand their practice through business development strategies that address their individual needs and value propositions.
Prior to joining Nexl, Lynn co-founded a marketing consulting business that helped law firms grow through performance-based marketing .
Lynn has been an LMA member and volunteer since 2003, serving in various capacities at the local and regional board level. She is the 2021 recipient of the Susan J. Benjamin Distinguished Member Award. She served as Treasurer of the regional board of directors (2021-22); Conference Committee Co-chair (2023), and is the Northeast Regional President-Elect (2024-2025).
Lynn attended the University of London, King’s College, and received a B.A., with honors, from the University of Hartford. She is certified in ICAgile Marketing and Leadership.
